Warranty Duration:
- All HALO LIGHTINGS products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Standard Operating Conditions:
- This warranty applies to both LED and non-LED products when operated under standard electrical conditions, including a voltage range of 180–230V AC and a frequency of 50–60Hz.
Warranty Coverage for LED Products :
- For LED lighting products, the warranty covers usage under normal operating conditions with an average of 4000 burning hours per year based on standard 12-hour daily usage.
- The warranty period provided by HALO LIGHTINGS will be calculated proportionally according to the burning hours or the total warranty duration, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty shall be considered void under the following conditions:
- The lighting system or product has been tampered with, modified, or altered in any way.
- The product is operated under unstable or temporary electrical conditions, including:
- Abnormal voltage surges
- Incorrect electrical connections during installation
- Exposure to heavy machinery operations
- Usage with DG sets or unstable power sources
